87th ANNUAL MEETING
Eau Claire Energy Cooperative holds its annual member meeting in March. Cooperative members are invited and encouraged to participate in the democratic process by voting in the Director Election. Directors are placed on the ballot according to district boundaries (view district map), but the membership votes at large for those districts up for election annually. Each member of the cooperative can vote at the annual Board of Directors' election in person, electronically, or by absentee ballot.
The 87th Annual Meeting is scheduled for March 19, 2024 at the Florian Gardens in Eau Claire. Along with voting in the election, members have the opportunity to meet with cooperative staff, ask questions about the cooperative, and receive reports regarding the Cooperative’s activities during the past year.
Eau Claire Energy also recognizes its Concern for Community recipient, scholarship recipients, youth ambassadors, and Member Advisory Council members at the meeting.

Can’t make the meeting to vote in person? No problem!
Fill out an absentee ballot request and we will send a ballot to you. (Absentee ballot requests will only be available to complete during the election process)
