We're passionate about connecting with our members. We host, sponsor, and participate in a variety of community events throughout the year. Below are just a few examples. ECEC gives back to the community throughout the year including employees sponsoring families during the holidays, volunteering and contributing to the United Way and donating door prizes to non-profit organizations.
HOME SHOW
Held annually during the last full weekend of February, the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association Home Show showcases builders and associate member products and services, covering everything for building a new home or remodeling an existing home.ANNUAL MEETING

Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corporation hosts the Claybreaker Classic each spring. Eau Claire Energy Cooperative sponsors a team each year to trap shoot and fund raise to support local economic development.BREAKFAST ON THE FARM
Eau Claire County Breakfast on the Farm As a major sponsor of Breakfast on the Farm, Eau Claire Energy Cooperative is happy to support agriculture in our community. The Breakfast on the Farm rotates farms each year.PARADE OF HOMES
For over 35 years CVHBA has organized the builders and associate members to showcase what they can do as far as quality homes in the Chippewa Valley. Eau Claire Energy Cooperative is proud to sponsor this event which helps promote quality home building.EAU CLAIRE COUNTY FAIR
The Eau Claire County Fair is hosted annually to offer education and entertainment for Eau Claire County. Eau Claire County Fair supports and builds a community of youth learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills.NATIONAL NIGHT OUT
National Night Out is a community event that brings citizens together to get to know our neighbors and local police while celebrating the united stand that we take as partners against crime and disorder in our community. ECEC sponsors a different National Night Out each year, rotating around our service territory.CANDIDATES ENERGY
ECEC, along with Eau Claire Area EDC, Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association, and the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce, will host a discussion on election year about energy issues with the area's state legislative candidates.
